Key Trends 2015 get a test-flight in beautiful Quebec

Benefiq tweet 2In the plenary session of the Benefiq conference and exhibition yesterday, I gave 400 people from 50 countries a taste of our Key Trends in Nutrition & Health for 2015.

As you can see from the tweet in the image, it was well-received. Thank you to all the people who sent out such nice tweets!

Benefiq is an impressive, well-run international conference and exhibition on health ingredients, organised by Laval University, which has a well-deserved reputation for developing and commercialising nutrition science. You can find out more about the event here: http://www.benefiq.ca/eng/

Benefiq is held in Quebec City, one of the most historic and interesting places in the whole of North America. It’s a UNESCO world heritage city – find out more at http://www.quebecregion.com/en/ – and well worth a visit.

The Benefiq participants are lively and questioning crowd who are always busily networking – but usually over cocktails! And Quebec City is beautiful. If you didn’t make it to Benefiq this time, maybe you should try to get to the next one.
